If you are in London check out The World Goes POP exhibition at the Tate Modern http://www.tate.org.uk/visit/tate-modern . It breaks from the US POP culture to expand across the globe. "From Latin America to Asia, and from Europe to the Middle East, this explosive exhibition connects the dots between art produced around the world during the 1960s and 1970s, showing how different cultures and countries responded to the movement."
In Paris you can see the great Andy Warhol at the MAM (Musée d'Art moderne) http://www.mam.paris.fr/en/expositions/exposition-warhol . Comprising over 200 works and the first European showing of Shadows. Shadows is a striking group of 102 silkscreened canvases of 17 different colours whose length totals more than 130 metres.
