New York Fashion Week – Vivienne Hu offered an Alice in Wonderland inspired runway for Vivienne Hu Collection Fall / Winter 2019. The collection was comprised of colorful plaids, floral lace presented in slack and jacket combinations, dresses, and outerwear. Each look was complimented by one of 32 new shoes also designed by Hu. This popular line of accessories included variations on boots, leather and fur, each pair perfectly complimenting the accompanying garment.
The New York based Hu is a New York debuted her initial Spring/Summer collection in 2012 and formally launched her flagship store in Soho, New York in 2013. In 2016, she launched her second store at 107 Mercer Street, also in the heart of Soho, New York. Her designs have been featured in various fashion magazines like WWD, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, and Vogue Italia.
