A Night to Remember: IRK Magazine's 'Human' Issue Release Celebration at Manko

Paris, June 26, 2024 – The City of Light shone even brighter last night as IRK Magazine celebrated the release of its much-anticipated 'Human' issue. The intimate soirée was hosted by the iconic French photographer Jean Daniel Lorieux, whose illustrious career has long captured the essence of humanity and elegance, perfectly aligning with the theme of the latest issue. The event took place at the chic Parisian hot spot, Manko, nestled on the prestigious Avenue Montaigne.

The guest list comprised close friends and dedicated supporters of the magazine, each one a luminary in their own right. IRK co-editors-in-chief Mia Macfarlane and Julian Crouigneau along with IRK Living editor-in-chief Patrick Duffy were at the forefront, welcoming guests and sharing the inspiration behind the 'Human' issue. Among the notable guests were EVP Communications, Hermès USA Peter Malachi, IRK Living cover stars and hoteliers David and Michael King Hew, celebrated for Kamalame, their luxurious Bahamian destination and discerning taste, which added a touch of glamour to the gathering. Contributing Editor Nora Gherbi, known for her inspiring pieces on culture and society, and photographer Iris Brosch, whose provocative work has graced numerous international publications, were also in attendance. Nuel Banes, an influential figure in the African fashion and art scene, was present as well. Their support highlighted the magazine's role as a beacon of innovation and creativity within the cultural landscape.
