PFWMen's: WOOYOUNGMI Fall/Winter 20/21

Street style takes an elegant and minimalist approach at Wooyoungmi's Fall/Winter 2020/21 collection. The Korean brand which often vibrantly merges trends and cultures from Paris and Seul has taken a rather sober twist to the colors and textures palette this season.

The show surprised the public by starting with a female model walking down the runway, announcing that this collection is about fusing gender codes. About half of the looks where female, perhaps to emphasize an ideal concept of equality between men and women in society. Altered tailor silhouettes with easy volumes meant to propose a genderless fit predominated in the runway. Several dual looks where presented as in men's and women's versions, making a final statement about the concept of the collection.
