leLAD EDITIONS

In 2023 Esther Guyon and Guillame Terver founded leLAD EDITIONS, a French design house.
Specifically, the brand focuses on creating furniture that is both sculptural and functional, balancing aesthetics with practical use.
At it’s core, the brand’s philosophy centers on the relationship between the human body, its needs, and the space it inhabits. Beyond this, the materials wood, stone, and metal, and the emotions of sight and touch.
“In our approach to design and furniture, we seek to connect three fundamental elements: the body, its needs, and the space that holds them. Our furniture is the result of this complex interaction, which creates emotion.”

In particular, the new leLAD EDITIONS collection offers a selection of collectible pieces along with its bespoke furniture catalogue.

One brand, two approaches
leLAD EDITIONS works in two ways. On one side, they make collectible pieces, each one unique or part of a small series. On the other hand, they design furniture made to order for specific projects. In the latter case, the furniture adapts to its surroundings and to the needs of its users.
Nonetheless, each piece reflects careful work on shapes, textures, and the balance of materials.
leLAD EDITIONS’ savoir-faire
The brand produces locally and uses quality materials worked with care. Furthermore, all pieces in its workshops in Brittany are made using traditional French craftsmanship. There, skilled craftspeople work with solid wood, stone, and metal with care, in a constant pursuit of quality and durability.

L’ATELIER
leLAD EDITIONS has established L’ATELIER in Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets. This space includes an exhibition area, a workspace for the team, and an artistic workshop.
Additionally, in 2025, the brand exhibited at the Grand Palais, at Savoir Faire in Knokke, and at the B-RAKU gallery in Saint-Malo. Subsequently, in 2026, the Collector’s Romm by Bel Ouvrage presented leLAD EDITIONS COLLECTIBLE in Karl Lagerfeld’s apartment in Pris.
At the heart of every leLAD EDITIONS piece lies a simple truth: furniture is made for people. Indeed, the body shapes each object, use guides it, and material roots it. Ultimately, the result is design that does not just fill a space, it belongs to it.

At IRK, this instinct becomes editorial language, where curiosity is not surface-level but immersive, always searching for what sits beneath aesthetics.

The experience shaped her approach to communication and storytelling, grounding it in inclusivity, adaptability, and attention to nuance. These values inform her work at IRK, where content is not only created, but carefully considered in how it connects, resonates, and includes.
