Paris Perfume Week 2026 – a fragrance lover’s dream come true!
Imagine a beautiful, historic building in the centre of Paris. Filled with the most exciting assortment of new and undiscovered fragrance brands. Imagine you are allowed to spend three days sniffing, talking to fellow fume heads and immersing yourself in the joy of scent. Paris Perfume Week 2026 was all these things and more – a fragrance lover’s dream come true!
Located in the stunning Palais Brogniart (the old stock exchange building) in the lively 2nd arrondissement. Paris Perfume Week director Romain Raimbault started with the premise that while ‘smells’ are all around us, we rarely take the time to notice them. This extraordinary event, now in its third incarnation. Bringing together those who make perfume come alive, brands, perfumers, ingredient houses. With those that want to understand, explore and hopefully discover something incredible.
With more than 150 exhibitors taking part in this years Paris Perfume Week, it was hard to know where to start but I followed my nose and this is what I discovered:
FREE YOURSELF at Paris Perfume Week 2026
Rooted in positive psychology, Free Yourself fragrances are the brainchild of actor, storyteller and producer Jeff Miller & hospitality supremo Todd Thurman. Crafted by the very best names in modern perfumery, every scent has emotional wellbeing at its core. Seeking relief from the slight sensory overwhelm of the fair, I was drawn to the mouth-wateringly fresh AIR. Full of citrus and lightly floral notes, AIR gave off full eau de cologne vibes but with all the longevity of an EDP thanks to a musky, woody base. Free Yourself also donate 10% of their profits to initiatives supporting environmental stewardship, social well-being, education, and the arts making them a truly feel-good brand.
NOTHIN’ELSE at Paris Perfume Week
Want to step off the treadmill, sit back, be in the moment, relax? Nothin’else fragrances capture the moments in life that we want to remember…… first kiss, best summer, trip of a lifetime. These are fragrances as reminders, inviting us to be present, to choose intention over noise. There are five fragrances in simple but beautiful bottles that are designed to fit in the palm of the hand. TIMELAPSE is all creamy woods and carnal tuberose tempered with a cool frankincense note. What memories did it conjure? Walking in the cloister gardens of Barcelona cathedral in high summer breathing in the scent of flowers and the gentle smoulder of incense…….
FEUAS
There was something inherently cool about the Feuas Paris Perfume stand, think indy record label meets the best in modern perfumery. Originally founded in London, this Paris based brand has connection, artistry and individuality at its core. Their philosophy is simple, twice a year the house introduces a limited-edition collection of three perfumes, renewed each season. Only existing customers can reorder, ensuring exclusivity. So ‘if you know, you know’ and if you don’t well, maybe next time! For me it was JEU SILENCIEUX. A crisp chypre that captures the attention with a shot of bergamot and pink pepper. Before leading the wearer on an olfactive adventure. Firstly taking in tuberose and jasmine along the way. Finally arriving at a patchouli and cocoa finale.
And the perfume pleasure didn’t end when the fair doors closed……for those with the energy there was Paris Perfume Night to enjoy! As the light started to fade, rue Saint Honoré turned into party central with DJ sets, art installations and a whole host of carefully curated olfactive experiences. From Aqua di Palma to Matières Premières, Nishane to Roger & Gallet this was an invitation to indulge the senses in possibly the world’s most scent saturated street.
Paris Perfume Week 2027 is already in the planning so mark your diaries!

As empowering as it is comforting, Sharon believes that fragrance has the power to change the way we feel about the world – an armour for when we need to be strong, a cocoon for when we need to rest. Her own fragrance collection is indecently large but there is always space for something new!
Having lived all over the world - including extended stints in Paris, Marseille, Hong Kong and Sydney - Sharon now calls Brighton, on the South Coast of England, her home. When not championing Brighton’s burgeoning fragrance scene, she runs a gallery with her partner, showcasing the work of both established and emerging artists.
