Rebelling against the latest trends and refusing to accept the streetwear styles is always the basis of his collections. His looks included finely tailored suits made in light colored pastel flowy fabric. The color ranging from beige, white, light pastel green. Oversized blouses with hanging destroyed threads, pants with white-silver thread finishing on the fabric, netted long cut-out sleeved dresses, crumpled up metallic trousers paired with light brown belts, mermaid metallic jackets, bracelets and necklaces in silver dangling with thorned-like pieces and head accessories ranging from beige-white light blouses to black and scrunched metallic textile.

The classic all black look rearranged with a touch of sulvam- Button downed coat with buttons all over the front paired with black trousers and shiny black shoes and no accessories to remain simple and clean. His collection felt like a breathe of fresh air into simplicity yet remained true to the codes of Sulvam.

Not only did the collection encircle simplicity, the location of the présentation at Musée des Arts Décoratifs was satisfyingly calm as the models were spread out giving one free space to admire the designs. There was no music but just the sound of footsteps walking in a large room repeating. The Color palette of the garments reflected the ambience of beige, black and white marble.

Models also proved another house code of the brand as they seemed that they could either be female or male demonstrating looks that can be interchangeable such as the all-white suits, gray sweater and trousers, or black oversized blouse and T-shirt with beige thread hanging off the front.

Teppei Fujita quotes saying « Clothing should be a reflection of character, a silent symbol of confidence. »

What is the response? Refusing to take on extravagance, abundant decorations or trends - only traditional touches, foreknowledge and aspiring to be simple- embracing this concept through the cut of the textiles and materials.
