BUTTON ATELIER EMBRACES ACCESSIBLE LUXURY INTERIORS

The Button Atelier transforms modern interiors with heritage, bespoke craft and sun soaked design, making accessible luxury effortlessly livable.
BUTTON ATELIER
California’s villas, sunlit estates and Old Hollywood glamour have always shaped ideas of luxury. Button Atelier firstly, channels that cinematic legacy into interiors that feel elevated yet effortlessly lived-in.
Accessible luxury guides every decision, from furniture to light, creating homes that invite admiration without intimidation. By combining imagination and heritage, each space becomes both a statement and a sanctuary.

PHILOSOPHY: MAKING LUXURY LIVABLE
Button Atelier’s work balances elegance with warmth. Brittny Button explains, “I often describe it as sophisticated comfort that feels elevated yet livable at the same time.”
Humour, candour, and style underpin every choice. By imagining spaces not as they are, but as they could be, she turns interiors into personal narratives that feel both curated and welcoming.
Rather than follow trends, Button starts with a vision. “I like to elevate interiors and often build rooms by starting with a vision of what they could be, rather than what they are.”

Inspirations range from Monaco villas to minimalist Malibu homes. Accessible luxury here is about layering textures, finishes, and objects in ways that feel intuitive yet aspirational.
OLD HOLLYWOOD AND SPANISH REVIVAL
Button Atelier draws from California’s rich architectural history. “My main motivation is to infuse interiors with heritage and history. Whether it’s re-installing wrought iron or placing an 18th-century outdoor fountain—I want the homes I design to evoke a feeling of bygone eras, as if they’ve survived through time.”
Architectural details anchor modern interiors in history, making every home feel timeless yet personal.

FROM VISION TO REALITY
Button Atelier begins by seeing potential. “First, it starts with seeing beyond. Often, when I visit a home that’s on the market, it’s the ‘ugly duckling’ test: could there be a swan beneath?” Structural modifications, arched doorways, and reimagined layouts bring each vision to life.
VINTAGE MEETS MODERN
Few pieces remain untouched. “It’s rare I find a piece that I don’t modify. Given that most often the pieces I acquire are damaged, need restoring or updating. I LOVE this process of rebuilding.”
Seasonal textures, velvet and bouclé in winter, linen and rattan in summer, enhance comfort while reinforcing the accessible luxury ethos.
ATMOSPHERE AND FUTURE
Walking into a Button Atelier-designed home is meant to be restorative. “The best reaction happens when visitors sigh, an exhale of sorts—I can see them relax and release the load of life. This is the best. My aim with interior design is to craft calm—a kind of unaltered peace.”

Trends like glass, dark woods, and Art Deco-inspired details are shaping 2026 interiors. Button Atelier is also helping rebuild Los Angeles after the fires of January 2025, demonstrating how design can reflect both resilience and hope.
Button Atelier ACCESSIBLE LUXURY
Accessible luxury at Button Atelier is more than style; it’s storytelling, heritage, and emotional resonance. Each home feels curated, alive, and ready to exhale.

Brittny Button proves interiors can be as personal as they are aspirational, offering spaces that are simultaneously sanctuary, statement, and subtle cultural commentary.

She’s interested in the connection between image and meaning: how a campaign, an outfit, or a trend can say something deeper about identity, mood, and the cultural moment.
She’s especially drawn to how Generation Z uses fashion and beauty to express individuality, often in bold, layered, and playful ways. She’s also curious about how social media continues to reshape storytelling, changing how we create, share, and connect through visual culture.
To Kendra, fashion is more than just style; it’s a language! One that reflects who we are, how we feel, and what we stand for. She’s committed to sustainability and believes fashion and culture should not only inspire but also respect the planet.
