Café Nuance Le Marais A New Chapter in Parisian Coffee Culture
Agnese La Spisa
Café Nuance has officially opened its fifth location, bringing a unique blend of design, flavor, and atmosphere to one of Paris’s most vibrant neighborhoods: Le Marais. Moreover, founded by brothers Charles and Raphael Corrot, the café sits on Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, just steps away from the National Archives and the historic Place des Vosges. Surrounded by boutiques and must-visit spots, this café is already becoming a local favorite.

A Bold Design by Crosby Studios
The space was designed by Harry Nuriev of Crosby Studios, known for his futuristic vision. The style blends minimalism with neorealism, using a warm palette that shifts from red to orange depending on the light. Metallic details stand out, especially the bar and chairs crafted from compressed steel cups, recalling Wall-E cubes but far more luxurious. The mirrored ceiling expands the space visually, multiplying the energy of the room as well as enhancing the sense of modern sophistication.

Coffee, Matcha and Sweet Indulgences
The menu goes far beyond traditional espresso. For example, specialties include pistachio latte, honey cinnamon latte, and the popular salted caramel latte. Matcha lovers will find plenty of options, from rose matcha to the TikTok-famous strawberry matcha. For those avoiding coffee or dairy, the pastry counter delivers. Guests can enjoy vegan banana bread, cookies, or reinvented viennoiseries like matcha croissants, cinnamon rolls, and the indulgent pain suisse.
Atmosphere and Experience
What truly elevates Café Nuance Le Marais is the atmosphere. Outside, orange benches invite guests to relax while watching the flow of Parisian life against Haussmann-style buildings. Inside, the futuristic cubes create a photogenic backdrop perfect for Instagram. Both locals and tourists line up to experience the café’s unique design and flavors. Dogs are also welcome, making it a destination for every kind of visitor.

Café Nuance Le Marais Must-Visit in Paris
Whether you live in Paris or are simply passing through, Café Nuance Le Marais deserves a place on your bucket list. Consequently it is the ideal spot for a quick breakfast, an afternoon treat, or simply a stylish escape.
