A Stunning Showcase by the Seine – China Good Design
Along the banks of the Seine, the Paris China Cultural Center became the spotlight venue for one of the most anticipated events of the 2025 Sino-French Fashion Week. The China Fashion Excellent Design show, hosted by the China National Garment Association, showed the ingenuity and creativity of Chinese designers. As a result, this demonstrated their growing influence on the global fashion scene. Their participation was a testament to the growing recognition of China Good Design.
Brands including XUEBAO, RUYUE DESIGN, SHIKUANG WIDS X ERAKUANG, and HAOFEIGUO by Guo Haofei took the stage with striking collections. These collections blended traditional Eastern elements with contemporary aesthetics. The event was a vivid celebration of innovation, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling under the Parisian lights.
XUEBAO: Youthful Innovation Meets Nature
XUEBAO, a brand with over 40 years of history, presented a collection titled Nomadic City. Emphasizing the slogan “returning to nature,” XUEBAO looked at the cycles of nature through innovative materials. These included patented waterproof leather that is both lightweight and durable.
The collection aimed to meet the dual demands of younger consumers: functional, environmentally conscious clothing without compromising on style. XUEBAO’s designs brought a fresh, young energy to the runway while maintaining the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship.

RUYUE DESIGN: Versatile Elegance for Modern Life
RUYUE DESIGN’s collection, themed Moving Belonging, celebrated versatility and adaptability. The brand offered tailored coats, detachable fur jackets, and multi functional office to travel suits. In particular, these designs perfectly aligned with the needs of independent urban women.
RUYUE captured both style and comfort, showcasing how clothing can adapt to multiple lifestyles. This adaptation reflects the wearer’s personality and aspirations. The collection presented the brand’s ability to combine practicality with sophistication, exemplifying China Good Design principles.

SHIKUANG WIDS X ERAKUANG: Tradition Meets Thoughtful Innovation
Inspired by the Tao Te Ching, the collaborative work of SHIKUANG WIDS and ERA KUANG explored the theme Harmonizing Light with Dust. Furthermore, using Xiangyunsha, an ancient silk from Guangdong, the collection combined traditional dyeing techniques with modern silhouettes.
The designs emphasized comfort, breathability, and natural elegance while encouraging personal expression. ERA KUANG’s message was clear: fashion should promote individuality and thoughtful choices, rather than blind adherence to trends.

HAOFEIGUO: East Meets West in Reflection
HAOFEIGUO celebrated its tenth anniversary with What is East West, a retrospective series examining the fusion of Eastern and Western influences. The collection focused on how fashion can serve as a vessel for broader cultural and intellectual conversations. Moreover, these conversations touched on art, education, technology, and even AI.
Through diverse perspectives and experimental forms, HAOFEIGUO celebrated inclusivity and cross cultural dialogue. The series illustrated how fashion can transcend clothing, becoming a lens for understanding global connections and shared values.

China Good Design on the Global Stage
From Paris to other fashion capitals, the brands of China Good Design are making their mark internationally. In fact, this showcase emphasized innovation, technical skill, and cultural storytelling, positioning Chinese designers as confident, forward thinking contributors to global fashion.
By blending tradition and modernity, these designers demonstrated that Chinese fashion is not only thriving at home. It is also reshaping its presence and influence across the world.
