STELLA IN PARIS : Between Espresso Martinis & Midnight Streets
Who is this Diva ?
Stella Bocle is a model and stylist who doesn’t just live in Paris, she lives through it. After all, Paris isn’t merely a backdrop; it’s a living, shifting stage for those chasing beauty, rebellion, and connection. From matcha mornings to espresso martini-fueled nights, Stella maps out her version of the city, one miso soup and street crêpe at a time.
Who are you ?
To begin with, my name’s Stella. Additionally, I’m 20 years old, and I work as both a model and a stylist.
Why Paris, and not somewhere else?
Because, honestly, Paris is Paris. That being said, it’s not just the obvious beauty, it’s the energy. It’s where creatives collide, where people are constantly building new communities. More importantly, it’s a city that never stops evolving, which makes it impossible to outgrow.
Do you live there, or are you just passing through?
I live here, and that’s very intentional. While other cities pull you in for a moment, Paris holds you. The diversity of people, of ideas, of identities, it’s endlessly fascinating. Therefore, staying here feels like staying inside a constant creative current.
What’s the best restaurant, and why for you Stella ?
Honestly, I don’t eat out a lot. However, when I do, I always go for an Asian spot, anywhere that serves a good miso soup. There’s something grounding about it. Also, it’s light, comforting, and rarely disappointing.
Date night, where to go, what to order, and when to go?
Café du Marché des Enfants Rouges, 37 Rue de Bretagne, 75003 Paris.
Without hesitation: Why? Because the espresso martinis are cheap, the crowd is good, and the mood hits just right at happy hour. Moreover, it doesn’t try too hard, and that’s sexy.
Street food go-to?
A ham and cheese crêpe with a little egg tucked inside. Classic, but with a twist, like Paris itself.
Favorite bar, and what makes it special?
Café La Perle, 78 Rue Vieille du Temple, 75003 Paris.
Why? First, there’s the atmosphere, casual, electric, and open to the street. Second, you can dance outside with your drink in hand, which instantly changes the night’s trajectory. Above all, it’s the kind of place that marks the beginning of something fun.
The Favorite coffee spot of Stella Bocle ?
Café Nuances , 25 rue Danielle Casanova, 75001, Paris
Here’s why: the matcha is divine, the location is photogenic, and the staff? Sweet as hell.
Which neighborhood do you love most, and why?
Archives. It’s calm, which is rare in this city. It’s safe, too. Plus, it gives you enough silence to think, and that’s something I need between shows, shoots, and styling chaos.
Favorite museum?
Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection, 2 Rue de Viarmes, 75001 Paris
Bourse de Commerce. Not only is the building incredible, but the exhibits are constantly rotating, which keeps things fresh. You’re never looking at the same thing twice.
Best boutique or shop?
Nuovo, 130 Rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris
It’s chic but offbeat. Still, I honestly shop more online — the internet is my real treasure map.
Where are you on a Saturday night in Paris ?
Wherever the wind takes me — that’s where I’m headed.
Whether it’s a side street with music or a rooftop full of strangers,
as long as the people are cool and the mood is right, I’m in.
To put it simply, I don’t need a plan — I need a vibe.
After all, good vibes always lead to great stories
And on Sunday?
I sleep and sunbathe, then, I drink something beautiful. Maybe a little wine, maybe a sparkling water with lemon, depends on the hangover.
What’s one thing everyone has to do in Paris?
Fête de la Musique hits different.
Whether it’s the echo of drums in the street or strangers dancing under balconies,
the truth is, it’s loud, messy, and totally unforgettable.
As a result, you leave with more stories than sleep.
So here’s to the rhythm, the wildness, and the unexpected beauty of the nig
Studio Soundtrack, what are you listening to right now Stella ?
- “City” – Jockstrap (for when I’m deep in my head)
- “Spill the Milk” – Eartheater (for zoning out)
- “Trap Queen” – Fetty Wap (when I want to feel fab)
- “Flash” – 2hollis
- “Blanche Neige” – Mercenaire
- “Pop the Glock” – Uffie (when it’s party time)
If you could only wear one designer for the rest of your life, who would it be?
That’s an impossible question, but if I had to choose, I’d say Prada. Miuccia Prada is, hands down, the most culturally in-tune designer of our time. She gets the underground, the intellect, the politics — and she makes it fashion. What more could you ask for?
Stella’s Final Word on Paris
For Stella, Paris isn’t just a place to live, it’s a city to explore, question, and celebrate every single day. From quiet afternoons in Archives to sweaty nights dancing outside La Perle, her Paris is constantly in motion — just like her.
