Tony Ward from a Luxury Production Chain to a Solidarity Chain

The Tony Ward Atelier reopened its doors in Beirut on Saturday, March 21st. The House had learnt of the lack of bed sheets and other hospital needs accommodating COVID-19 patients the day before.

They felt committed to fulfilling such sanitary needs. Considering it was natural to turn the Atelier from couture craftsmanship into the development of bed sheets and protective suits to be offered to hospitals in Beirut.

Tony Ward implemented very strict safety measures ensuring the health of all their employees.

Tony Ward's transition from luxury fashion to creating solidarity-driven initiatives is truly inspiring. It’s a testament to how industries can pivot towards supporting broader communities during challenging times. For those looking to bring similar sustainability and efficiency into their operations, services like electric motor repair can be a game-changer, ensuring longer equipment life and reduced waste. Ward’s approach shows that even established industries can adapt for the greater good, setting an example for others to follow in blending innovation with purpose.
