Fueled by his passion for cooking and hosting, Schlacher embarked on his first hotel venture, drawing inspiration from his love for Paris and especially from his favorite hotel, the Hôtel du Petit Moulin a hidden jewel in the cobblestone streets of the vibrant Marais district, adorned with whimsical decor curated by the visionary fashion designer Christian Lacroix.
