WhiteWall the number one laboratory specializing in high-end printing, named “best photo laboratory in the world” for the fourth time by the TIPA World Awards in 2021, has collaborated with IRK Galerie for the opening of their first photo gallery in Arles.

WhiteWall has provided the prints for the first IRK Galerie exhibition at our new summer exhibition space in Arles. The first exhibition is dedicated to the photography duo French Cowboy and their new series LE SUD. French Cowboy's photos will be on exhibition at the IRK Galerie at 11 rue Gambetta Arles starting July 4 through August 8 2021. The opening night is July 8 starting at 5pm.

The book "LE SUD" published by Les Editions des Loups de Steppes, is available at the IRK Galerie and in the IRK Magazine online store. LE SUD is made up of 112 pages of images by photographers Mia Macfarlane and Julien Crouïgneau alias French Cowboy taken in the south of France in 2020. It is a mixture of sunny but dramatic landscapes and cinematographic figurative works which are largely intimate nudes. The images are bathed in warmth that only the light of the south of France can offer.
