Sofi Alurralde is a Journalist and Influencer from Argentina. After her degree in Social Communication, she did an MBA about Strategics, Marketing, and Communication in companies. This specialization allowed her for several years to work in agencies doing Marketing, public relations, and advertising and was a great way to enter the business world.
During two years she was living between Sweden, France, and Argentina, working as a freelance consultant advising companies on social media use or on increasing efficiency.
She realized digital media industry was currently reshaping the way society consumes media and information. So she came up with the idea to create her own blog about Fashion
and Lifestyle and started combining her communications skills with social media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook).
While she was in Europe, one day she got the proposal from the main Newspaper in Argentina called La Nacion and its magazine "Revista Ohlala" to do collaborations and have her own column sharing about fashion.
While blogging made the idea to share different insterest, it really never had the impact that Instagram has today. Specifically, in the last couple years, Sofi have been increasing a lot her audience from all over the world by offering them uniqueness content, having a cohesive feed that guides your audience from one picture to the next.
Invited by the best brands for his shows and events, being an ambassador for brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Tresemme, Swarovski, among others, having collaborated for luxury brands such as Guerlain, Esteé Lauder, Cartier, Mercedes Benz, "Sophie Alurralde" ( as she is on Instagram) has become a reference of fashion and lifestyle.
