On Aura Tout Vu // Perpetual Motion FW16-17

The must see fashion show, On Aura Tout Vu, was a masterpiece in fashion. Already known by A list stars such as Gwen Stefani, Beyonce, and Madonna. The label is all the buzz here in Paris.

Founded in Paris in 1998 by Livia Stoianova, Yassen Samouilov, and André de Sà Pessoa, On Aura Vu Tout is a colloquial French phrase meaning “you think you’ve seen it all.” The fashion house is synonymous with extraordinary, which the name conveys perfectly, as they truly blur the lines between art and fashion!!

On July 4, 2016 we attended the long awaited Paris Haute Couture show “Perpetual Motion”. Together they presented their latest Fall/Winter 2016-2017 couture collection at the Mairie de 4e Paris, showcasing a new dimension of what On Aura Tout Vu can achieve.

The collection of deep navy and black is offset with iridescent white and sparkling brilliance. While exploring the fashion together with sculpted skirts, floating sleeves and mechanical devices are all a fascinating curiosity. One can truly say that On Aura Tout Vu elevates fashion to an art form. Additionally, the sexy silhouettes, rich snake and lace detailing, and transparent fabrics are enticing.

Yassen Samouilov and Livia Stoianova pushed their creative limits to the next level with Kinetic masterpieces. Because of this several pieces have mechanical arms that envelope the wearer at a push of a button. Additionally thousands of plastic tubes stand out on shoulders and long trains sweeping the floor. Because of this design element the garments resembled deep sea creatures, further highlighting the uniqueness of On Aura Tout Vu.
