Sui Yoga: The Art of Slowing Down in SoHo
Firstly in a city where every minute seems to be rushing by, Sui Yoga brings together the essence of slowing down and mindful practices.
Spanning nearly 560 square meters in the heart of New York City, this space brings together three infrared-heated yoga studios, an intimate spa, and a café conceived as a natural extension of the ritual itself. More than a wellness destination, the space embodies a philosophy where presence, movement, and nourishment come together in an atmosphere of quiet serenity. In fact, all these elements reflect the holistic experience of Sui in SoHo.

The Quiet Language of Transformation
The name is no coincidence, it reflects their philosophy. Derived from the Latin sui generis, “one of a kind”. Sui speaks to a sense of individuality, connection and conscious living. In Japanese, the word also evokes water: an element associated with transformation, intuition, flow and renewal. Within these meanings, the practice of Sui Yoga fosters personal transformation.
Inside, Himalayan salt walls radiate a mineral heat, while lush greenery blurs the boundary between interior and nature. The intentionnaly curated lighting create an atmosphere rooted in calm, grounding and sensory restoration. This space invites you to find peace. At its core, Sui encourages you to embrace both stillness and nature in every session.

A New Definition of Luxury
In New York, where time passes quickly, Sui offers something completely different: a new definition of luxury. And above all, it redefines what it means to take time for oneself. In essence, Sui encourages a mindful approach to modern urban living.
